While replete with buzzwords, nothing in Ms. Duncan’s self-description suggests she possess skills in line with the core functions of her agency.

Ms. Duncan made 11 donations, totaling $70, to Joe Biden in the fall of 2020.

This sort of donation is especially noteworthy given her position in the Centers for Disease Control at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.  To make this sort of donation, from this sort of position, specifically suggests an agenda to undermine President Trump.
