Dr. Sara Hull works at the National Human Genome Research Institute and has a degree in molecular cell biology and genetics. Why would someone considered to be an expert in genetics need to put her pronouns in her NIH biography and her LinkedIn bio? Shouldn’t she/her of all people know that there are only 2 sexes and they’re cemented in your DNA?

Dr. Sara Chandros Hull, a self-proclaimed “’seasoned’ white bioethicist” is calling on her bioethics community to commit to fighting racism.

In the wake of George Floyd and COVID, she and her co-author “admire our younger colleagues and are grateful that they are so willingly tackling those problems that we have not yet managed to address in more effective ways. We have much to learn from their ability to fearlessly connect the work of understanding injustice and structural racism with taking a stance against it.”

What are they doing that she admires? “They are participating in demonstrations, and if they are not protesting themselves, they are sheltering those who are.”

Dr. Hull is applauding riots, looting, and burning cities.
