Changed His Title to Avoid Getting Fired

Julius Patterson, once the “Lead Communications Specialist” for the Chief Officer for Scientific Workforce Diversity at the NIH, has cunningly altered his job title to "Lead Communications Specialist" under the NIH Office of the Director to dodge President Trump's executive order aimed at dismantling the radical, divisive DEI agenda. This maneuver is nothing short of an attempt to continue promoting his woke, discriminatory DEI policies under the guise of a different job title. Patterson's actions are a blatant disrespect to the merit-based system that Trump is rightfully seeking to restore.

Pushed DEI At NIH

As the Communication Lead for the office of Chief Officer for Scientific Workforce Diversity (COSWD) at NIH, Julius Patterson was instrumental in corrupting the scientific mission with radical leftist propaganda. He worked with NIH UNITE Initiative, to combat "Structural Racism". Under his watch, the pursuit of genuine scientific advancement was abandoned in favor of promoting a divisive, race-based political agenda. Patterson aggressively pushed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) over the established, merit-based practices.

“UNITE acts as a think tank to promote equity, generate bold ideas, and catalyze new actions. Collectively, it identifies and addresses any structural racism that may exist within the NIH and throughout the biomedical and behavioral workforce. UNITE facilitates activities to identify opportunities, make recommendations, and develop and implement strategies to spur widescale, systematic change.”
