Linnet Griffiths paved the way for the current CDC’s DEI programs. According to the “About” section of her LinkedIn profile, she either established or led nearly every layer of the woke DEI structure in the agency. This includes launching trainings on Unconscious Bias and Microaggressions, establishing an LGBTQ manager for the Special Emphasis Program, and expanding the agency’s Affirmative Employment program.
Most federal agencies have a robust Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion infrastructure these days and, generally, those employees rise within the ranks of those office.
Except Linnet Griffiths at CDC. After spending years in the Office of Equal Employment Opportunity and Workplace Equity (OEEOWE), where she helped create trainings, reports, programs, and policies for the agency’s DEI ideals, she recently moved on to CDC’s Chief Operating Officer’s office as a Senior Advisor.
So now the person in charge of the day-to-day operations of the agency tasked with protecting America’s health is being advised by a woke bureaucrat who has sent her career creating CDC’s DEI playbook.
