Celebrating the LGBTQI+ Policy Staffer

Jennifer Meunier celebrated Adrian Shanker’s LinkedIn departure post about the honor it had been to lead LGBTQI+ health policy and serve under transgender former Assistant HHS Secretary Rachel Levine.

America is also celebrating the end of this post, though for different reasons than Ms. Meunier.

A Career Full of Pride

Jennifer Meunier’s resume is full of activism for the LGBT cause and oddly centered around youth.

She began as an intern for Richmond Organization for Sexual Minority Youth, now known as Side by Side and states their mission as “dedicated to creating supportive communities where Virginia’s LGBTQ+ youth can define themselves, belong, and flourish.” Then she was a Health Volunteer for Youth Pride Atlanta before joining the CDC. Now she lists her skills as the Associate Director for Policy and Strategy Development for Health Equity to include “Health Equity · LGBTQ Health · LGBTQ+· Disabilities · Disability Rights · Racial Justice · Anti-racism.”

America’s youth don’t need people dedicated to help them “define themselves.” Ms. Meunier’s long career of radical activism should not be supported by the American taxpayer.
