In a video from the 'NIDA CTN Quarterly Steering Committee Meeting,' Aria Crump sharply criticized the Supreme Court's landmark decision to end race-based admissions, suggesting instead a return to policies that unfairly disadvantage high-achieving groups like Jews and Asians. Then she goes further and supports these radical policies at the NIH.
(23:52) "So wanted to say: there's been a lot of questions since June when the Supreme Court handed down its ruling with regard to admissions, and we at NIH believe that diversity matters and that we want to really spread the message that our notice on, our interest in diversity has not changed. That we understand the importance and the value of having diverse teams for having strong science. And so we wanted to really keep that message out there that we're, you know -- naturally everyone has to work within the law as they propose and conduct programs, but we have not changed our position on the value of diversity............. .So that said, I wanted to highlight that NIH is still very much involved in its activities through the United Initiative and NIDA is very much involved in its activities through its racial equity initiative as well."

As a moderator at UNITE which focuses getting rid of “Structural Racism” at NIH and the biomedical field, she aggressively promotes the baseless notion of "Structural Racism". Her obsession with race-based policies distracts from the real work of science that should be happening at the NIH.
“UNITE acts as a think tank to promote equity, generate bold ideas, and catalyze new actions. Collectively, it identifies and addresses any structural racism that may exist within the NIH and throughout the biomedical and behavioral workforce. UNITE facilitates activities to identify opportunities, make recommendations, and develop and implement strategies to spur widescale, systematic change.”
